AISI52100 precision steel balls are widely used in precision bearings, automotive components (brakes, steering, line shaft), bicycle, agitators, appliances, sliders, quick couplings, machine tool, lock mechanisms, conveyor belts, skates, pens, pumps, castors, measurement instrument and valves.

Advantages of our Manufacturing Process

1. We do Metallographic analysis on every batch of material and record the test results

2. What we use is high speed heading machine, which has higher work efficiency than tradition machine

3. We apply different heat treatment methods to different materials, for example, nitrogen protection furnace for 420C stainless steel ball.

4. We have one more process which other factory may not use, we improve the compressive stress and surface hardness of the steel ball by a stengthening machine

5. Roller sorting avoid of size mixing

6. Pack according to customers' requirements

7. Each machine has an operation record and an inspection record, and these records are saved for ten years

8. We have a process card for each batch of steel balls, and different color of card for different material to avoid of any mixing mistake

9. We have a laboratory to do final inspection for every batch of steel balls, checking on size, surface, roundness, hardness and etc.
