Then, feige manufacture steel balls from raw material to finished product, control the entire process to ensure the quality of steel balls.
Thirdly, all production lines have adequate quality control, QA/QC inspectors work independently from the production line. There're 5 inspectors in total to ensure quality of every process.
Before packing, steel balls are sent for final audit to check for surface roughness, roundness, waviness, lot size variation and hardness in a sophisticated laboratory, according to specified control plans and dock audit procedures. Once all requirements are met, a test certificate is then prepared for the customer. Our sophisticated laboratory is equipped with high precision, worldwide respected machines and equipment and is managed by properly trained and qualified personnel.
Besides, Feige has a supplier accessment procedure and an updated list of approved supplier. It also established and implemented a standard procedure for purchasing contract review and approval.
